Brian Klinefelter Memorial Foundation

The Brian Klinefelter Memorial Foundation seeks to develop partnerships with businesses that are interested in reviewing their current policies and implementing those which are supportive of families. Program Tool Kits to guide businesses through the change management methodology model will be available in Summer 2006. The Foundation also provides a brochure and presentation for organizations interested in learning more about the sources and consequences of work/life imbalance and family friendly workplaces as a community imperative.

The Working Family Resource Center (WFRC) provides educational workshops and seminars at business sites to assist employees and their families with work and home life issues to a wide range of employers across Minnesota. The center publishes Life Balance Digest, an award winning newsletter with information on parenting and families for employees.
